And so reach the end of Women in SFF!

Somehow July has flown past us and we’ve made it to the end of our fourth year celebrating and giving a platform to women in the SFF genres.

Each week, we’ve tried to round up all this wonderful content into one summary-wrap-up post – if we’ve missed you, please comment and link below! We’d love to see the ways you’ve taken part.

Week One

Week Two

Week Three

So, what have you all been up to…?

Reviews

Beth reviewed two books in our final week:

The Magician’s Daughter by H. G. Parry

I was immediately swept away by Parry’s Hy-Brasil. Biddy’s home exuded this nostalgic, down-at-the-heels comfort that was easy to fall in love with.

and Thornhedge by T. Kingfisher

It’s a grand total of 128 pages long – it’ll take you two minutes to read and then will stay with you forever. I fell in love with Kingfisher’s spellbinding fairy-tale narrative voice.

Matías reviewed The Fated Sky by Mary Robinette Kowal

This story was so heartwarming… 100% recommended, do yourself a favor and read the Lady Astronaut books!

Gagan reviewed A Day of Fallen Night by Samantha Shannon

I enjoyed getting more depth into a world I already liked but most of all I loved the characters.
